FAQ

Who can come?

Youth entering 6th grade through graduating seniors. Attendance is at the discretion of the your local Youth Leader and Pastors, as leaders will be responsible for transporting and overseeing students for the entire 4 day event.

How much does it cost?

Student registration is $99 per person on or before May 4th. After May 4th, it is $124 per person. Adult registration is $59.

How does registration work?

Parents will complete the registration form and make payment to their local church according to the local church's process.

How does payment work?

It is the responsibility of your church to collect payments from individual youth attendees. $50 deposit per attendee is due to the Austin Vineyard Church from each local church by 5/4. The balance is due upon arrival of your Youth at the Austin Vineyard (by check or online payment).

What's included in the registration fee?

All meals, onsite lodging, t-shirt, and scheduled activities. Our FUN DAY will feature a day at Volente Beach Water Park.  All students (male & female) will be required to wear a t-shirt and shorts over their swimsuit.

What does the onsite lodging include?

Boys and girls will sleep in separate rooms in our church building. Youth are responsible for bringing their own pillows, bedding, toiletries, etc. We will have a shower trailer on site with multiple stalls, separated by gender.

What does DTS stand for?

DTS = Doin' the Stuff! It's a saying from John Wimber, the founder of the Vineyard movement about doing the stuff he saw Jesus doing in the Bible: Sharing the Gospel, worshiping God, building community, praying for and serving others and even healing the sick!
